Our Learning Environment2

At Aster, we believe that environment is the third teacher. Our learning environment is planned and constructed according to the needs of our students. It supports children’s natural curiosity and desire to learn – it guides them to play, be physically active, explore, express themselves through art, and experience art, too. We want to give our children an opportunity to explore the world with all of their senses and their entire bodies.

Our classrooms are special places full of wonderful opportunities. We are very proud of our learning environment and modern facilities.

The mountain climbing wall has been designed keeping in mind the immense energy and joy kids experience as they reach new heights, both literal and metaphorical.

Here, children will learn to interact and have fun with various animals in a children-friendly environment. Aster strongly believes in encouraging children to respect other creatures, and learn compassion as they interact with them.

The jungle gym at Aster is designed to help children utilize their endless energy in a healthy manner. The equipment at the jungle gym helps children develop confidence in physical activity, by providing opportunities to explore what they can do with their energy in different, creative ways.

At Aster, we recognize that children play in different ways. Thus, we have a special indoor play are, in which children can learn ways to derive fun and learning from the resources available to them indoors.

Besides creative expression, it is also important for a child to learn the fundamentals of science and math early on. We have stocked the STEAM room with the appropriate equipment that allows children to be introduced to the wonders of science and math through fun and play.

Rest is crucial to learning — the snooze room allows children to take a break from their learning, and ensures they are well-rested before they go back and start to learn.
